Important: These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Say Live Technology Inc. ("Say Live", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Say Live mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform") you agree to comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.
Say Live is an interactive live‑streaming platform that enables creators ("Streamers") to broadcast audio‑visual content and interact with viewers ("Viewers"). The Platform also provides virtual currencies ("Credits") that Viewers may purchase and convert into virtual gifts for Streamers; Streamers may subsequently convert accumulated Points into a monetary payout from Say Live. All features of the Platform are collectively referred to as the "Services".
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines.
Credits (₡) are virtual tokens sold by Say Live and have no real‑world monetary value. Credits may only be used within the Platform to purchase virtual gifts.
When a Viewer sends a gift, the corresponding Credit value is credited to the receiving Streamer as Points (♦). Points are a loyalty point representing Streamer compensation; they may be redeemed for fiat currency in accordance with Section 5.
Credits and Points are non‑transferable between users and non‑refundable, except where required by law or specifically described in Section 11.
Self‑gifting prohibited. You may not send, attempt to send, or arrange to send Credits or gifts to any account that you control, either directly or indirectly. If we detect self‑gifting or fraud, we may cancel the transaction, confiscate Points, and suspend or terminate the accounts involved.
You must own or have the necessary rights to all content you stream, upload, or otherwise make available ("User Content").
Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to: sexual or pornographic material, exploitation of minors, violence, hateful or harassing speech, instructions for illegal activity, and any other material listed in our Community Guidelines.
We operate both automated AI moderation (including real‑time nudity detection) and 24 / 7 human review teams. We may remove content, suspend streams, or ban accounts at our sole discretion.
Streamers may request a payout once their account balance reaches the minimum threshold displayed in the Streamer Dashboard.
The payout amount equals the number of Points redeemed multiplied by the current Redemption Rate (posted in the Dashboard and subject to change with 72‑hour notice).
Payouts are made via the supported payout method specified in the Dashboard. Any fees charged by that payout provider are the responsibility of the Streamer.
Say Live may withhold or adjust payouts to comply with fraud‑prevention checks, court orders, tax withholding, or violations of these Terms.
Say Live retains all right, title and interest in the Platform and Services.
By posting User Content, you grant Say Live a world‑wide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Services.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Say Live grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable, limited licence to use the Platform for its intended purposes.
Credits may be purchased only through the Apple App Store or Google Play in‑app purchase systems. Prices include applicable platform fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.
All sales of Credits are final. Viewers who believe a transaction was unauthorized should contact the relevant app‑store provider.
If we detect a fraudulent purchase of Credits, we may reverse or adjust the corresponding Points from the receiving Streamer.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have (a) breached these Terms or our Community Guidelines; (b) engaged in behaviour that exposes us or our users to legal risk; or (c) attempted to defraud Say Live, Viewers, or Streamers. Upon termination, any unused Credits or unredeemed Points will be forfeited, unless prohibited by applicable law.
We respect the intellectual‑property rights of others. If you believe that material on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We will promptly investigate, remove infringing material where appropriate, and notify the affected user.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export‑control and economic‑sanctions laws, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You may not use or access the Services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine) or if you are on any U.S. government restricted‑party list.
For users located in the European Union, Say Live provides an in‑app Report button and an email address eu‑[email protected] as required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. We review all notices of illegal content within 48 hours and will inform you of the outcome. You may appeal our decision through the same channel within six months; appeals are always reviewed by a human moderator.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAY LIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAY LIVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold Say Live and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim, demand, damages or other losses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Rules in Wilmington, Delaware, unless you reside in a jurisdiction that prohibits mandatory arbitration of consumer disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

("Say Live", "we", "our" or "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our mobile or web applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). It also describes the choices and rights available to you.
Key point in plain language: Say Live is a live‑stream video community. We collect only the data we need to run the Platform, pay creators, keep everyone safe, and comply with the law. We do not run third‑party ad‑tech SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics or Adjust) and we do not sell your data to advertisers.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform worldwide. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
We do not collect: precise GPS location, contact lists, biometric templates, or data from third‑party ad trackers.
Provide the Service – stream video, deliver chat, maintain user profiles.
Safety & Moderation – automated AI nudity detection and human review to enforce our Community Guidelines.
Payments – process Credit purchases and Point payouts; detect and prevent fraud or self‑gifting.
Legal Compliance – anti‑money‑laundering (AML), sanctions screening, accounting, and resolving legal disputes.
Product Analytics (first‑party only) – aggregated, de‑identified metrics such as stream duration or crash rates to improve stability and features.
We process personal data on the following bases:
Contract – to perform our agreement with you (e.g., delivering the stream, paying Points).
Legitimate Interest – protect platform integrity, prevent fraud, improve security.
Legal Obligation – comply with AML, tax, and consumer‑protection laws.
Consent – where required (e.g., optional marketing emails). You may withdraw consent at any time via in‑app settings.
We only share data when necessary:
Payment processors – Apple or Google when you buy Credits.
Identity‑verification vendors – trusted KYC providers when Streamers submit government IDs.
Cloud hosting & anti‑abuse providers – to store video securely and block spam or attacks.
Law enforcement or regulators – when required by court order or applicable law.
We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
Your data may be stored on servers in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Live video and chat: 30 days (unless a violation investigation is ongoing).
Transaction and KYC records: 5 years (AML requirement).
Basic account data: kept until you delete your account or after 24 months of inactivity.
We employ encryption in transit and at rest, least‑privilege access controls, frequent security audits, and 24 / 7 monitoring. However, no system is 100 % secure; please keep your password safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
access, correct, or delete your personal data;
object to or restrict certain processing;
receive a portable copy of your data;
lodge a complaint with your local data‑protection authority.
You can exercise these rights via [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
